This premium service includes not only delivery but also the careful placement of your new piece directly into your desired space. Hired professionals will handle all the heavy lifting, positioning, and even the removal of packaging materials, ensuring a seamless and tidy setup.
Customer Pick Up: For our local customers or those who prefer a more hands-on approach, we offer a convenient pick-up option. We will happily assist in safely loading your item into your vehicle. Picking up your furniture not only gives you a chance to see our collection in person but also provides a faster way to enjoy your piece in your home.
Return Policy for New Items
Each piece is inspected before leaving our warehouse to ensure it meets the high standards our customers expect.
Eligibility Window

New items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused. The item should look exactly the way it did when you received it — no signs of sitting, use, wear, stains, odors, or home exposure. This allows us to resell it as a brand-new piece.

Pickup by Resilient Home Furnishings: $150 pickup fee within 150 miles (additional mileage may apply).
Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the item is inspected.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Report the issue within 48 hours with photos.

Every pre-owned piece we offer is individually sourced, inspected, and accurately represented with detailed photos and descriptions. Because these items are unique, previously owned, and often require significant transportation and handling, our return policy for used items is structured to ensure clarity and fairness.
All Used Items Are Final Sale
All pre-owned and used items are final sale.
Once delivered or picked up, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Delivery costs, labor, and sourcing expenses cannot be recovered

Inspection at Delivery
At the time of delivery:

Once the item is accepted at delivery, the sale is considered final
If you decline the item at delivery due to a discrepancy (rare, but possible):

We will take it back at no cost

Please measure your space and entryways prior to purchase.
We cannot accept returns due to:

Damage During Delivery
If any damage occurs during delivery by our team:
