Hired professionals will handle all the heavy lifting, positioning, and even the removal of packaging materials, ensuring a seamless and tidy setup.

Customer Pick Up: For our local customers or those who prefer a more hands-on approach, we offer a convenient pick-up option. We will happily assist in safely loading your item into your vehicle. Picking up your furniture not only gives you a chance to see our collection in person but also provides a faster way to enjoy your piece in your home.
Return Policy for New Items
Eligibility Window
- New items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused. The item should look exactly the way it did when you received it — no signs of sitting, use, wear, stains, odors, or home exposure. This allows us to resell it as a brand-new piece.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom orders
- Items delivered outside of our delivery radius (unless damaged in transit).
Return Process

- Include your order number, photos of the item, and the reason for the return.
- Once approved, we can arrange pickup.
Return Fees
- 10% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
- Pickup by Resilient Home Furnishings: $150 pickup fee within 150 miles (additional mileage may apply).
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the item is inspected.
- Please allow 3–7 business days for processing.
- Shipping/delivery charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Report the issue within 48 hours with photos.
- We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you.
